Return for Exchange:
1- In
order for us to process your return
effectively, please include a copy of
your invoice with the shipment. Incase
you no longer have your invoice; please
include a note having your order number
and the reason for return on it.
2- To
ensure timely processing of your return,
please mention clearly whether you want
an exchange or credit.
3- Properly
package the items being returned. We are
not liable for any damage that may occur
during shipping and handling and reserve
the right to refuse such returns.
4- All
returned products must be in fair shape.
Non-defective products must specially be
returned in an As-New condition or they
will not be accepted and would be
returned back to you.

Return for Credit:
1- All
products can be returned for credit
within 7 days from receipt of the order.
2- All
returns for credit are subject to a 20%
Restocking fee.
3- Shipping charges
are non-refundable.
4- Credit will be issued
in the form of the Original payment i.e.
Credit Card, Pay Pal, Checks, etc.
5- Please allow up till
14 business days for the processing of
your credit request. Please note that we
have no control over the length of time
taken by your Credit Card Company to
post the credit to your account and it
may take a few additional days after we
issue the refund.
Standard Return Policy:
1- Products
can be exchanged or replaced within 7
days from receipt of merchandise.
2- Standard
shipping cost of $5.00 would be charged
for shipping the exchanged product.
3- Price
difference (if any) will be
charged/credited to your account.
4- Warranty
covers Manufacturing defects only.
Physical damage isn’t covered and
products subject to physical damage
cannot be returned back.
